Laurence and Ella founded Fresh School Photography whilst their own children were taking their first steps at Nursery School. They have been professional photographers for all their working lives and have a passion for people photography. With a young family and established reputations for high quality wedding photography, running a successful portrait studio, providing corporate,press and and PR photography for numerous publishers, government offices and large corporate organisations they began to photograph 'real life' images of children at work and play through personal referral from headteachers at local schools. The business grew fast and quickly became a core area of their daily life in photography.

We are a local company. This means that everything is hand delivered and we come to you. There is no hassle with postage or couriers – we cover all deliveries and collections and we handle any parent queries too. We understand and respect how busy the school office is and do all we can to keep the photography activity within school very low maintenance for your staff.
We love working with children !
It sounds obvious but from what we have heard talking to many schools, this is not always the case with school photographers. We enjoy and are very good at working with children, from nursery age to teenagers. The children enjoy it and are excited to see us return each time!
We are experienced professional photographers
We have been professional photographers in Surrey since 1989 and today we cover many of the schools in Epsom and others across Surrey, Hampshire and South London having done so for over 15 years. We began as a husband and wife team and often continue to work together in schools. When fully booked we have a committed team of like-minded people who work with us and who share in our committment to providing local schools with the highest quality photography and an unrivalled level of personal service.
We also have a long established a very successful Wedding Photography business, run a busy portrait studio and work commercially. Coming from these areas of high customer care enhances our naturally personal approach to our school clients
We are not a national company and we focus our work in schools at Primary and Junior level only.

Our in-school display pieces are state of the art and of the highest quality. Display boards are designed to be durable within the school environment and we are very happy to offer advice and discuss the many display options available to schools today.

We have excellent support in our office and have a fast response policy to any messages. Most times you will speak direct to either Ella or Laurence but if we are out then we have long standing and friendly office staff who are always very happy to help.
